For those who want to meet the prospects and save some money at the same time, this service gives you the front line experience and knowledge of how your property is performing, with none of the painful work.

The best part about our On-Going Management Service is that we include Leasing Services for Free for as long as your property is under our management. Once your property is leased, we take over the job of being the Landlord for you. We offer this service for homeowners with existing tenants as well. We handle rent collection and enforce late payments, repair requests, coordinate trusted vendors and pricing for required work, emergency calls, twice per year inspections, insurance claims, Residential Tenancy Branch disputes, lease re-negotiations, Strata communication, bylaw fine investigation and dispute, etc.
