- Podcast, Youtube, Social Media, and Newsletter material: We are happy to help generate investor/property management/rental related content for newsletters, participate in a podcast/youtube interview, or any other marketing materials you may produce to help you educate your clients further
- Rental Rate Assessments: Client running numbers on a potential offer? Send us the listing link and we can fire back a market rent based on the current market conditions and recent rentals in our portfolio
- Have an expert in your backpocket: Whenever the terms "Landlord" or "Tenant" come up and you need a good answer to a client or realtor on your team, we're here to help, just ask!
